Made just for you,

luv, boo

Hi there! I'm Bri (she/her), and I am the creator behind luv, boo

One day in 2019, when I was working at a second hand shop in my local area, a lovely elderly man donated his wife's old sewing machine. I had never owned my own sewing machine, and the extent of my sewing experience was from a small project in fashion class at high school, where I was so bad that my teacher had to finish it for me! I really don't know what possessed me to buy this sewing machine, but I am so glad that I did.

With COVID -19 lockdowns, I had a lot more free time to try out the sewing machine, and soon, my passion for sewing began to grow. I started out making and selling face masks to friends and family. As my sewing skills developed, I toyed with the idea of starting my own business selling handmade goods. After finally graduating from university in late 2024, I decided it was time to turn that dream into a reality.

As an individual with lived experience of chronic pain and nasty period pain, I appreciate the comfort and relief that heat packs provide. I am dedicated to providing my customers with friendly service, adorable designs, and high-quality products, so they too, can experience that warm, cosy feeling.

I take pride in sourcing high quality materials for all of my products, with a strong focus on using sustainable fabrics, such as cotton and recycled polyester.

All luv, boo products are handmade by myself in my home studio in Melbourne, Australia. Many people ask how my business name came about. I had a rough idea of my logo before I even decided on a name, and I was adamant for it to have a cute lil ghost. When I told a friend of mine, she suggested luv, boo and there was no going back!

If I am not in front of my sewing machine, you’ll find me playing video games, and spending time with my partner and our green cheek conure, Charlie.

Thank you all for supporting my small business and my love for sewing - it truly means a lot ♡
